3. Pre-Sale & "Smart Guarantee" Refund Policy

Our pre-sale allows you to purchase access to our service at a discount before its official launch. Our refund policy is as follows:

• Eligibility: The Money-Back Guarantee is available exclusively to first-time customers.
• Season Subscription: You may request a full refund within 14 days of receiving full product access (on or after the 8/18/2025 launch date).
• Monthly Subscription: You may request a full refund within 3 days of your initial subscription payment.

• Share your account with others.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the source code of our software or AI models.
• Scrape, copy, or resell any of our data or content without our express written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranty that the service will meet your requirements or that the advice provided will result in a successful fantasy football season. Fantasy sports outcomes are dependent on numerous factors beyond our control.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Synaptic Fusion, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from your use of our service. In no event shall our aggregate liability exceed the amount you paid us in the past six months.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Colorado, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
